IMS Care Center Cardiology Referral Kit
The IMS Cardiology team needed a referral booklet to support partner clinics and streamline the referral process. I designed and developed this comprehensive referral kit to promote IMS Cardiology services while providing front-desk and clinical staff with a clear, easy-to-use guide to provider information, specialties, and clinic locations.
The booklet was created to strengthen relationships with referring practices, increase awareness of IMS Cardiology providers, and make the referral process faster and more accessible for partner clinics.



Integrated Medical Services – About Us Booklet
Strategic Objective: Establish a cohesive brand narrative and introduce the newly rebranded IMS to patients and the community with clarity, consistency, and impact.
Following the launch of the new brand guidelines, I led the creation of a comprehensive “About Us” booklet designed to unify IMS’s voice and visually communicate its scale and capabilities. The piece highlighted the organization’s mission and vision, nine medical specialties, accepted insurance plans, and clinic locations across the Valley.
As one of the flagship collateral pieces post-rebrand, the booklet became a foundational brand asset—distributed across 30+ clinic locations and leveraged at community events to strengthen awareness, credibility, and patient trust.

Trellis Case for Support
Designed the Case for Support for Trellis, This booklet was use by the Development office to meet with future donors to support Trellis and to report how funds are utilized and the impact they create with the community.

Equality Health Network Recruitment Kit (AZ and TX)
Created the branding, look and feel of a recruitment package used by the EH Network Practice Performance Managers with the future practices joining the EH Network. The solution was to create consistency and brand recognition using a template on all collateral materials, and to be implemented on different states like Arizona, California and Texas.






Herberger Theater Center - Annual Fundraising Event
Created the branding and all collateral materials for the theater annual fundraising event called Plated & Staged. This event benefits the theater's youth outreach programs. The evening begins at the Herberger Theater with cocktails, silent auction and entertainment. Dinner follows but people won't know which fabulous Valley restaurant they are going to until after the party. Each restaurant host a table of eight for a specially prepared three-course meal with wine.

Equality Health Care Management
These bilingual flyers where used to promote the new Care Management Team to providers, and members of the Equality Health Network.






ASU on DC
We created a presentation booklet for a new donor in D.C. This booklet was going to be used as a presentation with the donor, so it had to be easy to carry and also used as a take away piece. We printed the cover in a durable plastic cover to withstand the traveling and to give it a unique look. We used a double-wired so the presenter can flip the pages as the presentation was taking place.




ASPEN Event
This was a unique event called the Change Makers where ASU President Michael Crow will bring national recognized speakers as well as donors to a private event in Aspen CO. We had to create an identity for the event so when people start seeing all the collateral, flyers, invitations and newspaper ads, will recognize the brand and the event.





ASU Presidents Weekend
Created an invitation for top donors of the university and invited them to visit and tour the university. The organization Presidents Weekend targets a group of men and women committed to transforming public higher education through their support of the Arizona State University president. This is an elite level of event where only top donors get invited.

Spring Celebration Invitation
More than 200 advocates gathered at the new ASU McCord Hall to celebrate another successful season in support of the leadership of ASU. Our theme, “ASU Worldwide,” recognized the university’s growing global presence through an update from President Michael Crow on expanding international partnerships, and remarks from accomplished students.


Created a map to showcase students coming to ASU from other countries.

Took photos of previous events and selected few of them to be on the book.

Year in Review Brochure
Created a brochure to showcase the achievements of the College of Public Programs. The gatefold layout with a foldable middle piece showcased all the college latest news, data and important information in a more interactive way.

Created a different and interactive brochure for an ASU college. Their Year in review had interviews with key faculty and photos showcasing their unique student population. All photos taken by Felipe Ruiz


5 Year Data Report
A clever way to showcase the growth and the many changes the College of Public Programs has experienced in the last 5 years. Created infographics to represent the growth of the college throughout the years.
